Fundraising

Each year Miner Challenge Team Members engage in a number of fundraising activities to acquire the funds necessary to make this trip happen. Thank you to all those out there who support our efforts each year. Without you Miner Challenge would not be possible. Below you will find a list of our fundraisers for this year, and the regularly updated status of our fundraising. We hope you will take time to contribute to this year’s fundraising.

Letter Campaign, On-going
Each year we send letters to a number of individuals and organizations asking for their support. If you or your organization is interested in contributing to our 2013 fundraising campaign, please download, complete, and submit the appropriate Support Response Form.

Pictures with Santa!

On Saturday, December 7th Students, Faculty, Staff and Rolla Community Members are invited to come take pictures with Santa from Noon – 5:00pm in the Havener Center Atrium. 

Pictures will be $5.00

Baked goods will be sold as well

Valentines Day Bake Sale & Raffle!

February 13th & 14th – Havener Center Atrium from 10:00am – 1:30pm.

Pre-order chocolate covered strawberries by February 12th at noon!
A dozen for $12.00! Pick them up at the bake sale. Fill out this form: MC vday bake sale and email it to Elise Kittrell, or drop it off at Student Life by February 12th at noon.

A wide variety of items will be sold.

Get a raffle ticket for amazing prizes at each of our fundraising events for $5.00! Get a chance to win something AWESOME!

Restaurant Nights in Rolla!

Penelope’s Restaurant

  • Come by Student Life and pick up a dine in card for Penelope’s! Present this card when you get your check and 40% of the bill will go towards Miner Challenge! Good until March 15th.

Jimmy John’s Night

  • Eat at Jimmy John’s on February 28th from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and 10% of the bill will go towards Miner Challenge!

St. Pat’s BBQ

The Miner Challenge Team will be hosting a BBQ at the puck during St. Pat’s week. Stop by and grab some grub!
